  • Whey: the No. 1 choice for athletes

Whey Protein, also known as whey protein, is one of the most popular and effective protein sources for athletes. Rich in high-quality protein, it helps build and maintain muscle mass and optimizes recovery after training. In fact, thanks to its rapid absorption, whey protein effectively rebuilds muscle fibers damaged during sports sessions.

Whey can be consumed at any time of day. At breakfast, to start a protein-rich day, before training for a quick protein boost before exercise, or after training, to help build muscle.

A product at a very good price, mixes rather well! My only problem is the raspberry taste, which is anything but raspberry.

Potential

I've got mixed feelings about it, because I sincerely appreciate the quality of the product, but it's also very good to eat, and the flavors are really well respected, so I have to take my hat off to you on that score.
Now let's talk about the disadvantages, and believe me, I've got a few things to say.
First of all, I'd like to mention the quantity, which in my opinion is far too low for a regular consumer who needs to consume his whey before and after his session. If you stick to the 2 doses of 30g recommended by tibault, you'll soon realize that after 2 weeks you'll be forced to go back to the cash register, and the least we can say about the prices is that they're not the most attractive.
The 2nd big negative point is, as revealed at the end of my last paragraph, the prices.
As quantities are minimal, if you don't want to run out, you'll have to go to the checkout far too many times, and bearing in mind that this isn't the only product a weight-lifter needs to buy, believe me, the bill at the end of the month makes itself felt.
Lastly, and perhaps most damning of all, the powder doesn't dissolve properly in the water, so you have to mix after 2 or 3 spoonfuls, and certainly not after you've put in your 30g of whey, otherwise you'll end up with large blocks of powder that couldn't dissolve because the mixing simply couldn't take place, I stirred like crazy the first few times, but the blocks persisted. Now I've understood, but it's a pain in the ass. It takes me 20 minutes to prepare my whey every day, so all in all it takes me 40 minutes to make sure the mixture is perfectly homogeneous.
Out of 10, I'd give it between 6 and 7, so let's give it 6.5 just to be sure.
