Description

An essential for the proper functioning of our body

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the proper functioning of our bodies. Often called "good fats," they play a key role in the heart, brain, and vision. As an essential fatty acid, it is not synthesized by the body and must therefore be obtained through diet.

There are several types of omega-3, the best known of which are :

  • ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid): Found in flaxseed, chia seeds, rapeseed oil and walnuts.
  • EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) : Mainly found in oily fish (salmon, sardines, mackerel, etc.)

Les Oméga 3 d'Inshape Nutrition sont justement dosés en EPA et DHA (180 mg d’EPA et 120 mg DHA par capsule) afin de vous offrir les quantités optimales pour un effet bénéfique sur votre santé.

The benefits of Omega 3

  • Brain health : DHA plays a key role in the proper functioning of your brain, supporting your mental clarity and cognitive abilities.
  • Cardiovascular health : EPA and DHA work together to keep your heart in top shape, promoting healthy heart function.
  • Vision : Le DHA est un composant essentiel de la rétine et contribue au maintien d’une vision normale
  • Overall well-being : Omega-3s are essential fatty acids for your body, supporting your overall health and helping you stay in top shape.

Fish oil rich in Omega 3 EPA & DHA

InShape Nutrition 's Omega 3s are extracted from fish oil, a concentrated source of essential fatty acids. Since our bodies cannot produce them, it is crucial to include them in your diet to reap their benefits.

These high-quality omega-3s contain two powerful polyunsaturated fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (E.P.A) and docosahexaenoic acid (D.H.A).

D.H.A. supports your brain's vitality, while E.P.A. and D.H.A. work together to maintain a healthy heart.

Why choose Inshape Nutrition Omega 3?

  • Optimal concentration: Each serving contains 1,000 mg of fish oil, including 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA.

  • Easy-to-swallow capsules : Our capsules are designed for easy ingestion.
  • Purified and tested : Omega 3s undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are free of contaminants.
  • Made in France.

Gélule de oméga 3 un peu grosse et un goût et une odeur pas très agréable, cependant je pense que les effets sont bénéfiques je continue donc la cure que je m’impose, à voir avec le temps.

Everything you need to know about Omega 3 Inshape Nutrition

What are omega-3s and what are they used for?

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the proper functioning of the body. They contribute to maintaining normal heart function , supporting brain health , and promoting eye health . Since the body cannot produce them on its own, it is important to consume them regularly through diet or supplements.

What is the difference between EPA and DHA?

Both are active forms of omega-3.

  • EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) : acts mainly on the heart and circulation .
  • DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) : essential for the brain , memory and vision .

A balanced formula between EPA and DHA allows for a complete action on the body and mind.

Why take omega-3 supplements?

Modern diets are often low in oily fish (sardines, mackerel, salmon), which are the main sources of EPA and DHA. Omega-3 supplementation helps to rebalance essential fatty acid intake, particularly in people who eat little seafood or have an active lifestyle.

When should you take omega-3s?

It is advisable to consume them during a meal with a large glass of water, ideally containing fat, in order to optimize their absorption and assimilation by the body.

Are omega-3s dangerous?

Omega-3s are generally well tolerated when consumed in accordance with the recommended intake ( 1 capsule per day). If in doubt, consult a doctor.
