Article 1 – Organizer
N4BRANDS SAS, a simplified joint stock company with capital of €378,572.83, trading under the name Fitnessboutique.fr, with its registered office at 420 boulevard de Charavines, 38500 Voiron, registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under number 423 810 324, intra-community VAT identification number FR89423810324 (
(hereinafter "the Organizer"),
is organizing a game with purchase obligation entitled:
"The Golden Pod – InShape Nutrition"
(hereinafter "the Game").
Article 2 – Conditions of participation
The Contest is open to any individual with a valid mailing address, excluding employees of the Organizer and their relatives.
Participation implies unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Article 3 – Participation media
The Game is accessible by purchasing bags of InShape Nutrition whey protein:

Article 4 – Game principle
As part of the game, 10 gold pods were randomly included in 10 different bags of InShape Nutrition whey protein, sold through all distribution channels (website, supermarkets, and FitnessBoutique stores).
Each sachet contains a maximum of one pod.
Anyone who finds a golden pod labeled "Amour et Protéines" (Love and Protein) with a serial number ranging from 1 to 10 in their bag is automatically designated as a winner.
Article 5 – Selection of winners
Winners are determined by the random positioning of the pods during packaging.
The Game will select a total of 10 winners.
No additional draws will be held.
Article 6 – Endowment
Each winner receives:
One year's supply of InShape Nutrition whey protein,
, up to a maximum value of €500 (including tax ) per winner.
A maximum total allocation of €5,000 including tax.
6.1 Terms and conditions of allocation
The prize will be awarded and shipped by N4Brands.
In order for the prize to be awarded and sent, each winner must provide the following information:

This information must be communicated in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 7.
If this information is not provided in full and in accordance with the requirements within the specified time frame, the winner will permanently forfeit their prize, with no possibility of appeal.
Article 7 – Claiming winnings
To receive their prize, the winner must:

within60 days of discovery.
If no claim is made within this period, the prize will be forfeited.
Article 8 – Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of:

loss or damage to the pod,

handling error,
-
force majeure,
-
fraud.
Any attempt to cheat will result in immediate disqualification.
Article 9 – Personal Data
The data collected is used solely for:

game management,
-
the allocation of grants.
Article 12 – Applicable law
These regulations are subject to French law.
Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the Organizer's registered office.
