Baby Oatmeal: the healthy, versatile ingredient for everyday use

Baby InShape Nutrition Oat Flakes are organically grown and perfect for a healthy breakfast, a balanced snack or your homemade recipes.

Quick to prepareand above all delicious, they give you energy throughout the day.

A source of vegetable protein and rich in fiber, they make an excellent base for porridges, smoothies, pancakes or cakes. Their fine, light texture also makes them easy to incorporate into savoury dishes for a natural, nutritious touch.
Recommendations for use
These oat flakes are pre-cooked, so they can be eaten without cooking. You can also cook them for 10 minutes and then add whatever you like. These oats are ideal for breakfast in yoghurt or with milk or water to make porridge.
Tibo's advice

For breakfast in the morning, I put 50g of rolled oats in my pancake. I also put 20 g of mixed oats in my Whey Protein shaker after sport, so I'm not hungry all the time.

Product arrived quickly and with no problems
It's still too early to talk about the effectiveness of the products, but I have the impression that they are quality products.
Between whey, creatine, oat flakes and gainer, the flavor is there.
If I had to give just one small negative point, it would be that the whey has trouble mixing completely with the water, often leaving lumps.
