Honestly, it's a great product. The orange-pineapple flavor is really good. I don't know if it's a placebo effect or not, but personally, I'm 42 years old and I used to have pain in my shoulder joints. I've been taking it for three months now, and I no longer have any pain. I've even been able to increase the weights I lift during my strength training workouts.
