Of the few whey products I've tried, I rank this one as the best in terms of quality and taste, and it doesn't leave any lumps 👌🏻. What would be even better is if you didn't have to use a spoon every time, because they pile up and they're still made of plastic. For online orders, could there be a checkbox when ordering if you want it added for free?

Kiwi raspberry flavor tastes pretty good, dissolves easily, meets my needs.

Personally, I take it 15 to 20 minutes before going to the gym for an intensive 1.5 to 2-hour session. After 20 minutes, you feel a tingling sensation in your ears and sometimes in your lower back, but it gives you a real boost during your session. I'm able to add weight to my workouts and give more than I usually do. I feel less tired right away, even though I'm still just as drenched at the end of the session. We'll see how it goes over time, but for now, I recommend it without hesitation. The taste is really good too, so it's perfect.
