Excellent, I'm rediscovering a whey protein that I take not out of obligation but for pleasure!

Very good product.

After two months of daily use, my workouts are more intense and I haven't slowed down 💪🏻. I recommend it for those who, like me, are over 50.

I bought collagen to reduce tendonitis and joint pain in my knee.
Of course, this should be combined with strength training or physical therapy (and staying well hydrated).
For me, the results are very encouraging—I no longer have any pain.
I think collagen helps to soothe/restore joint problems more easily.
I chose Inshape Nutrition because it is made in France and I trust French standards.

Mix it with cottage cheese or just water—delicious!

Super fluffy pancakes with a delicious vanilla flavor. You wouldn't even believe they're protein-packed!

Dilutes/mixes well.
The chocolate flavor is very present with a hint of sweetness.
Needs improvement: the bag closure is a bit cheap, and the measuring scoop gives 45 g.

I wanted to try Thibo's products when I arrived in France, and I was surprised by the pancakes, which are delicious even plain.
