Protein & gourmet cookies

Ingredients:

  • 90 g Inshape Nutrition rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of Whey Protein cookie, chocolate or vanilla flavour Inshape Nutrition
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 and a half bananas
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 80 g flour
  • A few pieces of dark chocolate
  • For a sweet treat: almonds, hazelnuts ...

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix the egg, rolled oats, flour, whey protein and baking powder.
Mash the banana and add to the mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixture, along with the almonds and hazelnuts.

Mix again.
Form dough into balls and flatten slightly.
Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
Check from time to time, then leave to cool on a baking sheet.
