Protein patties with goat's cheese and zucchini

You'll love these oatmeal, goat cheese and zucchini galettes.

 

Ingredients (for 15 patties) :

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g InShape Nutrition rolled oats
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g goat cheese
  • 50 ml water
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • Coriander
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
 

Preparation:

  1. Slice the onion and sauté for a few minutes in olive oil.

  2. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk.

  4. Pour the rolled oats, grated zucchini, spices, herbs, onion and crumbled goat's cheese into a bowl. Add the 50 ml water. Mix well and leave to rest for twenty minutes in the fridge.

  5. Shape into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 12 min at 200°C.
