You'll love these oatmeal, goat cheese and zucchini galettes.
Ingredients (for 15 patties) :
- 1 zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 150 g InShape Nutrition rolled oats
- 1 onion
- 100 g goat cheese
- 50 ml water
- Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. ginger powder
- 1 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- Coriander
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Preparation:

Slice the onion and sauté for a few minutes in olive oil.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk.

Pour the rolled oats, grated zucchini, spices, herbs, onion and crumbled goat's cheese into a bowl. Add the 50 ml water. Mix well and leave to rest for twenty minutes in the fridge.

Shape into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 12 min at 200°C.
