Ingredients:
- 1 tsp. Inshape Nutrition Whey Vanilla
- Agave syrup
- Oat flakes Inshape Nutrition
- 1 bag Inshape Nutritionprotein corn flakes
- 2 yoghurts plain (preferably soy)
- Walnuts
- Granola, blueberries, raspberries
Preparation:
Mix a few blueberries and raspberries with 2 plain yoghurts, a teaspoon of Inshape Nutrition Vanilla Whey, 1 sachet of Inshape Nutrition Corn Flakes and a teaspoon of agave syrup.
In a bowl, crush a handful of raspberries to give the top of the verrine a dominant pinkish hue.
In your verrine:
Add the yoghurt and mixed fruit.
Then add a few walnuts, a little granola and some rolled oats (the amount will depend on your verrine).
Cover again with yoghurt until you reach the top of the verrine. Top with whole fruit, granola and nuts. Drizzle with agave syrup and pour raspberry "syrup" to bring even more color to your dessert! 😋
Tibo's advice: To vary flavours, replace vanilla whey with cookie whey or add spread or a protein bar in small pieces.
