Protein chicken wrap

A healthy, delicious meal for lunch or dinner!

 

Ingredients for the wrap :

 

Ingredients for the filling (4 wraps) :

  • 400 g chicken

  • 200 g salad

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp . garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp. paprika

  • 1 tbsp. ginger

  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed

  • Salt & pepper

 

Ingredients for the sauce :

  • 150 g Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp . garlic powder

  • Sriracha sauce

  • Parsley

  • Salt & pepper

  

Preparation:

  1. Pour all the wrap ingredients into a blender and blend.

  2. Pour the mixture into a frying pan to form wraps. 

  3. Cut the chicken into thin strips and place in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, olive oil and lemon juice, then chill for 1 h. 

  4. Pour all the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and mix.

  5. Cook your chicken. At the same time, slice the tomato and cut the lettuce into small pieces.

  6. Then arrange the chicken strips, lettuce and tomato pieces in the wraps, and finish with the sauce.
