Here's a delicious breakfast or snack idea that's really quick to prepare!
Ingredients:

3 tbsp. InShape Nutrition rolled oats

80 ml oat (or almond) milk

1 tbsp. chia seeds

1 Expresso (cold)

1 tbsp. agave syrup
Ingredients for the ganache :

1 tbsp. oat milk

2 tbsp . Greek yogurt

1 tbsp. agave syrup

Cocoa powder
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an individual container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or leave overnight).

Once ready, prepare the ganache by mixing the oat milk, yoghurt and agave syrup.

Add the ganache to the mixture.
Just sprinkle with cocoa powder and it's ready!
