Here's a quick and easy protein sorbet recipe for summer!
Ingredients for 2/3 persons :

2 lemons

100 g frozen red fruit

1 scoop of Whey Protein Raspberry InShape Nutrition

1 tbsp. agave syrup
Preparation:

Blend lemon juice, Whey Protein, agave syrup and red berries in a blender until smooth.

Fill the lemons with the mixture and place what's left in a more conventional container.

Put in the freezer for at least 3 hours until your sorbet is ready.
