Ingredients:
- 25 g flour
- 25 g Inshape Nutrition Whey Vanilla protein
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 15 cl almond almond milk or other milk
- Flavor vanilla or orange blossom, as desired

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the following ingredients: flour, whey protein and salt. Then make a well, break the egg in the middle and mix. Add the milk a little at a time to avoid lumps.
2. The amount of milk depends on the consistency you're looking for. The batter should be a little liquid but still thick enough (if you want pretty pancakes). Add flavourings.
3. Heat on a non-stick pan.
4. Next, pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, allow to brown, then sauté to cook the other side.
For those with a sweet tooth, add yoghurt and raspberries inside!
