Protein brownie with peanut butter


  • 200 g sweet potato
  • 80 g Inshape Nutrition coconut oil
  • 80 g flour
  • 20 g Inshape Nutrition Whey chocolate
  • 30 g Inshape Nutrition peanut butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 4 cl (= 40 g) plant milk
  • 100 g pecans



1. Peelthe sweet potato and cut into large chunks. Cook in a bain-marie for 15-20 minutes until the flesh is tender.

2. Preheat oven to 200°C.

3. Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil until smooth.

4. Once the sweet potato has cooled, mash it in a bowl in a bowl with a fork.

5. Add the flour, whey chocolate and plant milk and mix. Then add the chocolate mixture and walnuts.

6. Pour the mixture into a mould. Add the melted peanut butter on top and bake for 20 - 25 min at 200°C.

All you have to do is enjoy!
