Recommendations for use

Gainer : Mélanger 1 dosette (environ 50 g de poudre) à environ 300 ml d'eau ou de lait et bien remuer. A prendre en complément de son alimentation ou en collation entre les repas 2 fois par jour.

Créatine en poudre : Mélanger 2 dosettes dans 250 ml d'eau juste après l'entraînement.

Collagène : Mélangez 10 g (1 dosette) avec 200 ml d'eau (ou un liquide de votre choix) et bien mélanger. À consommer à tout moment de la journée.

Prenez ses 3 compléments tous les jours pour une prise de masse explosive !

Nothing to say about taste or quality. Small problem with the delivery my parcel took three weeks to arrive maybe because I don't live in France. I live in Switzerland but I hope that future deliveries will take less time.

Quite happy with the results even if I think it's more due to the training than the product, the gainer is not caloric enough. Perhaps a heavier product would be more beneficial?
I take 50g x2/day, + the capsules.
And a strawberry-flavored gainer would be great.
