Hello,

Personally, I prefer it in powder form. It’s a great product if you’re stressed—it was recommended for my son. I recommend it to you.

I wasn't very convinced at first, but after three weeks, my mood has stabilized significantly and I feel calmer. I'm going through premenopause. It was very difficult a month ago. I'm going to recommend it to others.

Joint pain

Use Ashwaganda for joint pain that cannot be relieved by medication. I recommend it, it changed my life.

Everything you need to know about Ashwagandha

What are the benefits of ashwagandha?

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used to help the body cope better with physical and mental stress, promote nervous system balance, and support overall well-being. It is very useful for combating fatigue, promoting relaxationandbetter sleep quality, while helping to maintain concentration and performance on a daily basis.

Does ashwagandha help manage stress better?

Yes, that's its main use! Ashwagandha is primarily known for its role in stress management thanks to its "adaptogenic" action, meaning that it helps the body better adapt to everyday physical and mental stress. It helps support the balance of the nervous system, promotes relaxation, and limits the impact of prolonged periods of stress.

What does KSM-66® mean?

The name KSM-66® refers to a high-quality ashwagandha root extract. Its quality lies in its unique "full spectrum" extraction process. Unlike conventional extracts, it preserves the natural balance of the root's components while guaranteeing the highest concentration of withanolides (the active ingredients) on the market, without the use of chemical solvents.

Where does ashwagandha come from?

Ashwagandha is a plant native to India and certain regions of Asia and Africa, where it has been used for over 3,000 years in Ayurvedic tradition. Its botanical name, Withania somnifera, refers to a small shrub whose root is mainly used and is renowned for its properties that support physical and mental balance.

When is the best time to take ashwagandha?

The best time to take ashwagandha depends mainly on the desired outcome.

It can be consumed in the morning to help manage daily stress and support mental balance throughout the day, or in the evening to promote relaxation and prepare the body for rest, especially when you want to improve relaxation at the end of the day. The key is to take it regularly, ideally with a meal, to optimize its absorption and fully benefit from its long-term effects.

Can Ashwagandha be combined with other supplements?

Yes! There are no contraindications to consuming ashwagandha with any of the other supplements in our range!
