Recommendations for use
These oat flakes are pre-cooked, so they can be eaten without cooking. You can also cook them for 10 minutes and then add whatever you like. These oats are ideal for breakfast in yoghurt or with milk or water to make porridge.
Tibo's advice

For breakfast in the morning, I put 50g of rolled oats in my pancake. I also put 20 g of mixed oats in my Whey Protein shaker after sport, so I'm not hungry all the time.
