Almost perfect

I've started taking Inshape Nutrition supplements, and I have to say, the Clear Whey is fantastic. I tried the orange flavor, and it's really good. The only downside to the kit (but I'm still giving it 5 out of 5 stars) is the capsules, which I find a little difficult to swallow because of their size. Otherwise, as a beginner, I'm very happy to have started with the Inshape Nutrition range.

After using it for a month, I am extremely satisfied with the results. I can't say how much weight I've lost because I've also been working out and gaining muscle at the same time.
I take two fat-burning capsules in the morning with breakfast and four cartinine capsules during my weight training or running session, followed by a shake after my workout. It's the best way to get back into exercise after a seven-month break.
