Recommendations for use
Take one scoop (approx. 10 g powder) of BCAA 2:1:1 Vegan.

I use BCAAs with every workout to keep me energized throughout my session. I put 2 scoops in a large shaker filled with water (500 ml) and take small sips throughout my workout.

Comme indiqué dans le titre, très efficace, cependant d'autres gouts pourraient être interessant a étudié. J'ai testé l'édition tropic et je le trouve nettement plus chimique qu'un oasis tropical (pour comparer). Je vais tester le gout thé pêche, on verra si c'est meilleur.
