Description

An explosive pre-workout supplement from InShape Nutrition

Get ready to push your limits with InShape Nutrition Pre-Workout. Its comprehensive formula is specially designed to improve energy, muscle pump, endurance, and focus before your workout.

This pre-workout combines ingredients rigorously selected for their effectiveness, to help you perform at your best, session after session.

A powerful blend of ingredients to boost your energy before your workout

Our formula has been designed to maximize your energy, concentration, and performance thanks to a synergy of precisely measured ingredients known for their effects:

L-Arginine AKG and L-Citrulline Malate, two amino acids known for their ability to increase vasodilation, improve muscle blood flow, and amplify the pump during training. This action promotes better oxygen and nutrient delivery to the muscles, thereby increasing performance and the feeling of power.
Beta-alanine helps delay the onset of muscle fatigue by limiting the accumulation of lactic acid, allowing you to perform more repetitions, maintain your effort for longer, and optimize your high-intensity workouts.
100 mg of caffeine for a quick but moderate energy boost, ideal for athletes seeking effective stimulation without excess. Combined with 200 mg of L-Tyrosine, it supports concentration, alertness, clarity, and motivation, which are essential for maintaining a good mind-muscle connection throughout your workout.
Siberian ginseng: an adaptogenic plant that helps reduce fatigue and increase physical endurance.
Capsicum extract: mild thermogenesis stimulant, promoting a feeling of energy and a more active metabolism.

Consume approximately 30 minutes before training to fully boost your energy and performance.
