Ingredients (for 1 glass):
- 1/2 lime
- 7 mintleaves
- 1 handful frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp. Inshape Nutrition Raspberry Whey Protein
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
Preparation:
1. Pour raspberries, agave syrup and Whey Protein Raspberry into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat for 5 - 10 min, stirring constantly.
2.Mash the mixture with a fork or pestle to make a compote. Leave to cool.
3. Place the lime, mint leaves and raspberry compotein a glass and crush with a pestle.
4.Add the crushed ice and top up with sparkling water.
Tibo's tip: Add more agave syrup if the cocktail isn't sweet enough for your taste!
