Ingredients for the sauce :

2 tbsp. InShape Nutrition peanut butter

1 tbsp. fresh ginger

1 tbsp . rice vinegar

1 tbsp. tamari sauce

3 tbsp. hot water
Preparation:

Prepare the rice noodles according to the instructions on the packet.

Prepare all the ingredients and make the sauce.

Once the noodles are cold, mix them with all the ingredients in a large bowl.
