Ingredients:
- 30 g butter
- 125 g flour
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 30 g almond powder
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 100 g Inshape Nutrition spread
Preparation:

In a bowl, combine the soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the egg and whisk to combine.

Add the flour, almond powder and lemon zest.

Mix with a spatula and form into a ball with your hands.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on baking paper.

Put the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Make shapes with cookie cutters, half of which should have a hole in the middle.

Bake for 11 min at 180°C. Leave to cool, then top with InShape Nutrition spread and assemble the shortbread.
