Shortbread spread

Ingredients:

  • 30 g butter
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg 
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 30 g almond powder
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 100 g Inshape Nutrition spread

 

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine the soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.

  2. Add the egg and whisk to combine.

  3. Add the flour, almond powder and lemon zest.

  4. Mix with a spatula and form into a ball with your hands.

  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on baking paper.

  6. Put the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  7. Make shapes with cookie cutters, half of which should have a hole in the middle.

  8. Bake for 11 min at 180°C. Leave to cool, then top with InShape Nutrition spread and assemble the shortbread.
