Ingredients (for about 8 rolls) :
- 150 g cooked shrimps
- 100 g red cabbage
- 3 carrots
- Soybean sprouts
- 50 g rice noodles
- 8 rice cakes
- Fresh mint
For the sauce :
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. InShape Nutrition peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/2 lime, squeezed
Preparation:

Start by cutting the carrots and red cabbage into thin strips.

Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the packet, rinsing well after cooking.

Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.

To prepare your spring rolls, soak the rice paper in lukewarm water until softened. Place on a non-stick surface (such as a board). Add the shrimp, carrots, red cabbage, bean sprouts and rice noodles to the center.

Fold your roll and you're ready to go!
