Ingredients:

- 150 g buckwheat flour (choose the flour of your choice)
- Plant milk your choice
- 1 egg whole + 1 egg white
To accompany the waffles:
- A few fruits

Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Turn on the waffle iron and wait a few seconds for it to heat up.
3. Add a little waffle batter and cook for a short time, depending on your waffle iron.
And it's (already) ready to eat!
