Ingredients:
- 200 g 0% fromage frais
- 120 g InShape Nutrition Whey protein (vanilla or chocolate)
- 3 eggs whole
- 1/2 sachet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Mix all the ingredients in the above order.
2. Bake for 30 min.
3. Slide a knife into the cake to check it is cooked through.
Tibo's advice: To vary the flavours, replace the raspberries with other fruits (bananas, redcurrants, blackberries, oranges, lemons...).
