Healthy, protein-packed chocolate fondant

Ingredients (for 5 fondants) :

 

Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth dough.
  2. Pour the mixture into the fondant moulds.
  3. Add 1 square of chocolate to each fondant.
  4. Bake for 12 min at 180°C in a preheated oven.
