Ingredients (for 5 fondants) :
- 100 g dark chocolate (75 g + 5 squares to keep)
- 1 egg
- 40 g InShape Nutrition Whey Protein chocolate
- 120 g applesauce with no added sugar
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 100 ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Pour the mixture into the fondant moulds.
- Add 1 square of chocolate to each fondant.
- Bake for 12 min at 180°C in a preheated oven.
