Protein pancakes

Ingredients (for about 5 pancakes):

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, 200 ml oat milk, eggs and vanilla Whey Protein.

  2. Pour some of the mixture into another bowl and add the 30 ml oat milk and 10 g Whey Protein chocolate. Mix evenly with a whisk.

  3. In a frying pan pre-oiled with coconut oil, swirl the chocolate mixture.

  4. After 30 seconds, pour in the classic pancake mix. Turn the pancake over after about 1 min and cook for a further 1 min, keeping an eye on it.

Tibo's tip: You can also make simple crêpes without the "swirl" version, i.e. without the chocolate part.
