Vanilla and raspberry protein muffins

Ingredients (for 4):

 

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: Whey Protein, rolled oats and yeast.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: beat the egg, then add the milk and fromage blanc. If it's not liquid enough, add a little almond milk.

4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients to form a smooth paste. The oats will soak up the liquid. Leave for 10 minutes.

5. Pour into muffin tins and add raspberries. They'll fall to the bottom. Then bake for 20 minutes and BOOM your protein muffins!

Vanilla Raspberry Protein Muffin

Tibo's tip: To vary the flavours, replace the raspberries with other fruits (bananas, redcurrants, blackberries, oranges, lemons...).
