Wrap with protein chicken

A healthy and terribly gourmet meal to have fun lunch or dinner!

 

Ingredients for Wrap:

 

Ingredients for the garnish (4 WRAPS):

  • 400 g of chicken

  • 200 g salad

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 tsp. soup garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. soup paprika

  • 1 tsp. soup ginger

  • 1/2 lemon in a hurry

  • Salt pepper

 

Ingredients for sauce:

  • 150 g Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp. soup garlic powder

  • Sriracha sauce

  • Parsley

  • Salt pepper

  

Preparation :

  1. Pour all wrap ingredients into a blender and mix.

  2. Then pour the preparation into a pan to form wraps. 

  3. Cut into thin strips the chicken and put it in a container. Add the salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, olive oil and lemon juice and then set aside for 1 hour. 

  4. Pour all the ingredients into a container to make the sauce and mix.

  5. Cook your chicken. In parallel, cut the tomato into rings and the salad into small pieces.

  6. Then place the chicken strips, the pieces of salad and tomatoes in the wraps and finally finish with the sauce.
