Spring rolls peanut sauce

Ingredients (for about 8 rollers):

  • 150 g of cooked shrimps
  • 100 g red cabbage
  • 3 carrots
  • Beansprouts
  • 50 g rice noodles
  • 8 pancakes rice
  • Fresh mint

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. soup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. soup of Inshape nutrition peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. soup sesame oil
  • 1 CUIL. soup rice vinegar
  • 1 CUIL. coffee garlic powder
  • 1 CUIL. soup water
  • 1/2 lemon in a hurry
 

Preparation :

  1. Start by cutting the carrots and the red cabbage in thin strips.

  2. Cook the rice noodles following the indications on the package and rinse them well after cooking.

  3. Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl.

  4. To prepare your spring rolls, soak the rice sheet in lukewarm water until it softens. Place it on a non -sticky surface (such as a board). Add the shrimp, carrots, red cabbage, soy sprouts and rice noodles to the center.

  5. Fold your roll and it's ready!
