Vanilla and raspberry protein muffins

Ingredients (for 4):

 

Preparation :

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

2. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: Whey Protein, oatmeal and yeast.

3. In another container, mix the wet ingredients: beat the egg and then add the milk and cottage cheese. If not liquid enough, add a little almond milk.

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to make a homogeneous paste. The oatmeal will be imbued with the liquid. Leave for 10 minutes.

5. Pour everything into muffin molds and add the raspberries on it. They will fall to the bottom. Then put in the oven for 20 minutes and boom taste your protein muffins!
