Ingredients :
- 1 tsp. coffee of Whey vanilla inshape nutrition
- Agave syrup
- Inshape nutrition oatmeal
- 1 sachet of Corn protein flakes Inshape nutrition
- 2 yogurt nature (preferably soy)
- Nut
- Granola, blueberries, raspberries
Preparation :
Mix some blueberries and raspberries with 2 natural yogurts, a teaspoon of Whey Vanilla Inshape Nutrition, 1 sachet of Corn Flakes Inshape Nutrition and a teaspoon of agave syrup.
In a bowl, mash a handful of raspberries to bring a pink dominance at the end of the dressing on the top of the verrine.
In your verrine:
Put the yogurt with mixed fruits.
Then place a few nuts, a little granola and a few oats (the dose will depend on your verrine).
Cover with yogurt again until reaching the top of the verrine. Place some whole fruits, granola and nuts. Drizzle with agave syrup and pour the raspberry "syrup" to bring even more color to your dessert! 😋
Tibo's advice: To vary the flavors, replace the whey vanilla with whey cookie or add spread or a protein bar in small pieces.
