To start the day well, a healthy breakfast while being very greedy!
Ingredients :

40 g of Inshape nutrition oatmeal

10 g of Inshape nutrition peanut butter

80 ml oat milk

1 tsp. soup of Whey chocolate inshape nutrition

1 tsp. coffee d 'Coconut oil inshape nutrition

20 g Pastry dark chocolate

Optional: peanuts
Preparation :

In an individual container, pour the oats, the 10 g of peanut butter, oat milk and whey chocolate. Mix well.

Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. In another bowl, mix the peanut butter with 1 tsp. hot water to make it more liquid.

Pour the peanut butter mixture above our preparation.

Then pour the melted chocolate.

Add some peanuts to decorate.

Keep in the fridge overnight.
