Noodle salad peanut sauce

A balanced, healthy and above all very greedy meal to have fun lunch or dinner!

Ingredients for salad:

  • Rice noodles

  • 100 g from Edamamé

  • 100 g red cabbage

  • 1/2 dried lemon

  • 2 new onions

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 mango

  • Fresh coriander

  • Fresh mint

  • Salt

Ingredients for sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. soup of Inshape nutrition peanut butter

  • 1/2 dried lemon

  • 1 tsp. soup fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp. soup rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp. soup agave syrup

  • 1 tsp. soup Tamari sauce

  • 3 tbsp. soup hot water

  

Preparation :

  1. Prepare the rice noodles by following the indications on the sachet.

  2. Prepare all the ingredients and prepare the sauce.

  3. Once the noodles are cold, mix them with all the ingredients in a large bowl.

You just have to enjoy it!
