Healthy chocolate fondant and protein

Ingredients (for 5 fondants):

  • 100 g dark chocolate (75 g + 5 squares to keep)
  • 1 egg
  • 40 g of Whey Protein Chocolat Inshape Nutrition
  • 120 g apple compote without added sugars
  • 1 tsp. soup coconut sugar
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp. soup baking
 

Preparation :

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a whisk until you get a beautiful dough.
  2. Pour the preparation into the fondant molds.
  3. Add 1 square of chocolate in each of the fondants.
  4. Bake 12 min at 180 ° C in a preheated oven.
