Ingredients (for 15 pancakes):

  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g of Inshape nutrition oatmeal
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g Goat
  • 50 ml water
  • Garlic in powder
  • 1 tsp. soup powdered ginger
  • 1 tsp. soup curry
  • 1 tsp. soup paprika
  • Coriander
  • Parsley
  • Salt And pepper
  • Olive oil
 

Preparation :

  1. Slice the onion and brown it for a few minutes in olive oil.

  2. Grate the zucchini and press it to remove the excess water.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs using a whisk.

  4. In a bowl, pour the oats, grated zucchini, spices, herbs, onion and crumbled goat. Add the 50 ml of water. Mix everything and let stand in the fridge for about twenty minutes.

  5. Form the pancakes and place them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake 12 min at 200 ° C.
